Booking & confirmation
Submitting a booking request is not a guaranteed appointment. We confirm all appointments by text or call within 2 hours during business hours. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking based on your vehicle size and requested add-ons.
Cancellation & reschedule
Please give at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed a $25 fee to cover reserved time.
Weather
Detailing chemicals need dry conditions. We may reschedule appointments due to rain or unsafe weather at no cost.
On-site requirements
You are responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible location for the appointment. Water and electrical availability should be noted at booking; if unavailable, we'll bring our own supplies where possible.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and major credit cards.
Satisfaction
If any part of your detail isn't up to standard, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
